You won't be going anywhere fast if you think a stripped down weed eater engine will work.Maybe 1/2-3/4 HP and tops out at maybe 11,000rpm's.Not to mention a weed eater is aircooled and a RC boat engine is water cooled so you'd burn the weed eater engine in very short order.
