Gangplank is a nightmare if he has enough farm. Other than that, counters to Shen aren’t necessarily bad either. WebI personally never go full tank, unless enemy team is full AD and my team has no frontline. And even in some of those games i only go full tank if i cant get 1 or 2 kills pre-6. Keep in mind this is only my personal opinion, im sure some shen players would go full tank in the situation you refered.
